Chocolate Chip cookies made from our fresh ground Sorghum Flour.
2/3 cup butter flavored crisco
2/3 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3-1/2 cups sorghum Flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1-1/2 tsp xanthan gum
Semi sweet chocolate chips
Mix the first 6 ingredients together until creamy, add flour salt and baking soda. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool some before removing from baking sheet.
